Reason for account deletion (optional)

Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity and process the deletion within 5-7 business days.

Important Terms Regarding Account Deletion

1. Irreversible Action:

Once your account is deleted, all your data, including e-book purchases, progress history, and settings, will be permanently removed.

Deleted accounts cannot be restored.

2. Data Retention for Legal or Compliance Reasons:

We may retain certain data for a limited period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our policies.

Any retained data will not be used for any other purpose.

3. Outstanding Payments:

If there are pending payments, your account deletion request will be processed only after all dues are cleared.

If you used third-party services (e.g., payment processors like Google Pay, Paytm, UPI, Razorpay), their privacy policies and data retention terms will apply separately.

Consequences of Account Deletion

No Refund Policy:

Account deletion does not entitle you to refunds for purchased e-books or subscriptions.
