ICSEIMPNOTES - Notes & Tips E-Books are available exclusively on the ICSEIMPNOTES - Notes & Tips Android, iOS, and desktop applications. No printed or PDF versions of the e-books will be provided outside these platforms. Kindly note that the ebooks will be available to read from the date of purchase to the date of exam only.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please review the following conditions regarding cancellations and refunds:

1. Duplicate Purchases  

   - Refunds are only issued if a customer purchases the same e-book twice.

   - The initial purchase will be verified, and the second payment will be refunded within 24 hours.

2. No Refunds for Discounted E-Books  

   - E-books purchased at a discounted price are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

3. No Refunds During Offers  

   - E-books bought during promotional offers are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

4. No Refunds Near Board Exam Dates  

   - E-books purchased within 20 days of the start of the Board Exam are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Definitions

- Purchase: Buying e-books within the ICSEIMPNOTES - Notes & Tips App.

- Cancel: Removing access rights to use e-books within the app.

- Refund: Returning the payment to the original payment method.

Piracy and Illegal Activity Notice  

Any form of piracy or unauthorized activity by the user will be addressed under applicable law. Users engaging in such activities may have their accounts banned until proven not guilty.
